Actors reunited, we got our first look at Carrie Fisher as General Leia in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and we’ve learned whether Billy Dee Williams will be reprising his role as Lando Calrissian or not.
So without any further ado, lets jump in!

Harrison Ford Makes his First Celebration Appearance
The 40th Anniversary panel was hosted by Warwick Davis with guests George Lucas, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels, Hayden Christensen, Billy Dee Williams, and Mark Hamill. It also marked the first time Harrison Ford has made an appearance at Celebration, who went on to describe how he was cast in Star Wars while working as a carpenter. He also had some kind words for George Lucas:
“You can have the best cast in the world, but they have a story to tell. The story we have was more than sufficient; full of humor and emotion and conflict. It’s a brilliant invention of a mythology that has sustained interest for 40 years. Made up of whole cloth by George. An actor without a story to tell might as well go home. It was a brilliant opportunity for all.”
Billy Dee Williams Will Not Appear in The Last Jedi
Finally, a bit of bad news for all you Lando Calrissian fans out there. During his ‘Smooth Talkin’ With Billy Dee Williams’ panel at Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, the actor revealed that he will not be part of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Erik Davis from Fandango tweeted that out on his Twitter account.
